UN Envoy Mediating Burundi Talks Resigns

Intro: UN envoy Said Djinnit has stepped down as mediator in the
Burundi crisis, where he had been hosting talks between the governing
party and those who do not want President Pierre Nkurunziza to seek a
third term. Anti government groups called Djinnit's resignation,
alleging that he favored the side currently in power. Patrice Howard
