Russia's Foreign Ministry blames Ukraine for recent fighting.

Russia's Foreign Minister says that the G7 group of countries have been held hostage by Ukraine.

It comes as the G7 issues a firm statement condemning Russia's, "illegal," annexation of Crimea and tying further sanctions to Russia adherence to the conditions of the latest ceasefire, which has been shaken by a recent spike in fighting.
