Russia and Saudi Arabia boost ties

Russia and Saud Arabia have signed a memorandum of understanding between the two countries public investment funds. The agreement, worth 10 billion dollars, commits the Saudi Public Investment Fund and the Russian Direct Investment fund and is one of the six agreements signed by the governments of two countries in recent days.
