Rising cost of fight against Islamic State

America's decision to increase its military commitment in Iraq is becoming a political issue in the U.S.

The deployment of another 450 troops to Iraq brings the total number of US soldiers in the country to three and a half thousand. As John Clarke reports from Washington, there's also concern about the rising cost of the fight against the self-declared Islamic State group.
