Obama says health care law here to stay, Republicans vow fight

U.S. President Barack Obama says the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act means this legislation governing health insurance for Americans is here to stay.

Republicans have denounced the ruling and vow to continue the political battle to get rid of it.
