US President Barack Obama will deliver the eulogy at the funeral for Reverend Clementa Pinckney, one of nine victims of last week's church shooting in Charleston, South Carolina.
The news comes as controversy grows over the placement of the Confederate Flag at the South Carolina State House - a symbol that many say fosters a legacy of racial discrimination. The state governor is now calling for its removal from capital grounds.
