More than 23 million Russians live in poverty, study shows

A living standard of than 3 million Russians fell below the official poverty line in the first part of the year as Russia's economy slid into a recession. Some 23 million people in Russia - making up nearly 16 percent of the population - now live below the poverty line. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
