Miss Piggy Wins Feminist Award

Screen and TV icon, former farm house diva and beloved Muppet -- Miss Piggy -- is being recognized for her contributions to society with a feminist award at the Brooklyn Museum in New York on Thursday.

The ceremony honoring the candid pig will be held by the prestigious Elizabeth A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art and will look back on Miss Piggy's inspirational career, both as an entertainer and a role model for young girls.
