Iran refuses nuclear transparency demands

Iran's envoy to the UN's nuclear agency is refusing to commit to demands for transparency as part of a nuclear deal between Tehran and world powers.

The US wanted specific nuclear transparency measures included in the deal, which would allow for more intrusive access to Iranian sites.
