Structural engineers say they believe inadequate waterproofing may have been responsible for the balcony collapse in California that killed 6 people, 5 of them students from Ireland.
The authorities in the city of Berkeley have begun a full investigation into the tragedy, as families prepare to fly the bodies of their loved-ones home.
