Human Rights Watch speak out against SA decision to let Bashir leave: SOTS

Human rights groups are speaking out against the South African
government's decision to allow Sudanese leader Omar al-Bashir to leave
the country. A decision made despite a ruling by the South African
High Court that stated the government was legally required to arrest
him.

While disappointed, Executive Director of Human Rights Watch Ken Roth
says at least the world is now once again focused on the crimes Bashir
has allegedly committed.
