Human Rights Groups Decry Bashir 'Release'

Human rights activists in the United States are decrying South Africa for allowing Sudan's President to leave its territory.

For six years Omar al-Bashir has been wanted by the International Criminal Court on charges of genocide and crimes against humanity .
