Hate crime charges likely in Charleston shooting

Officials at the U.S. Justice Department say they will likely file federal hate crime charges against the suspect in the Charleston, South Carolina shooting.

Twenty-one year-old Dylan Roof faces nine counts of murder after opening fire at a bible study at an African-American church last week.
