The Chinese hackers who attacked the database of the US Office Of Personnel Management may have got hold of the names of Chinese relatives and friends of American diplomats and officials- that's according to investigators speaking to the New York Times newspaper.
They say they're concerned that Beijing could use the information for blackmail or retaliation.
