The relatives of two men killed during an American airstrike on Yemen have filed a lawsuit against the US, claiming the hit "violated the laws of war".
The drone strike, conducted in August 2012, targeted three suspected terrorists; Salem bin Ali Jaber and Waleed bin Ali Jaber were bystanders.
