Decision on EU migration plan to be delayed

An European Union plan to distribute 40,000 Syrian and Eritrean migrants across its 28 member states is likely to be delayed well past the summer.

EU ministers are unlikely to approve the migration proposal at their meetings next week according to a senior EU spokesperson.

Jack Parrock reports.
