CAMERON IN ITALY FOR EU, MIGRANT TALKS

British Prime Minister David Cameron is visiting Italy on Wednesday for talks with Prime Minister Matteo Renzi on Europe's migrant crisis, and EU reform.

It comes after European Union ministers failed to agree a plan to distribute asylum seekers more equally across the bloc's member states.

Italy has warned it will adopt a 'plan B' that will 'hurt' Europe, if the EU can't reach agreement on the issue.

David Cameron is also using the trip to continue to push for a renegotiation of Britain's membership of the EU ahead of a referendum he'll hold by the end of 2017, according to political correspondent Theo Usherwood.
