Bond set at one million dollars for Charleston shooting suspect

A U.S. judge has set Charleston shooting suspect Dylann Roof's bond at one million dollars for a weapons charge- but not for the nine charges of murder he faces for gunning down nine African-Americans inside a church on Wednesday evening.

Showing no shred of emotion, the suspect- who was caught after a member of the public spotted his vehicle at a traffic light- looked down while he listened to statements from the victims families- via video conference.

The daughter of one of the victims- Ethel Lance- gave an emotional statement saying that while she forgives him, he had caused her great pain.

OUT: forgive you."
