AID AGENCY ISSUES PLEA OVER SYRIA FUEL SUPPLIES

A fuel blockade by the Islamic State is increasingly hampering relief efforts in Syria and endangering lives because of its impact on health services, according to aid agency MSF.

Medecins Sans Frontieres - Doctors Without Borders - says all parties in Syria's conflict should agree to allow regular fuel supplies in the country.
