PayPal Accused of Deception, Agrees to Pay $25 Million in Fines and Compensation

The online payment service PayPal has agreed to pay 25 million US dollars in fines and compensation, after being accused of deceiving its customers. 

The company has offered to settle the case, without admitting wrongdoing.
