Gucci et. al sues Alibaba over counterfeit sales

Chinese e-commerce giant, Alibaba is being sued by Gucci, Yves Saint
Lauren, and other luxury brands for enabling the purchase of
counterfeit models.

Kering Group, the French owner of the fashion retailers have filed a
lawsuit through a New York federal court.
