EU migrants quotas unlikely to get off the ground

A European Union plan to relocated refugees through a quota system looks set to be quashed by national governments.

The proposal, launched only last week, is to distribute 20 thousand asylum seekers throughout the EU countries based on each of the 28 member state's GDP and population.

It comes as a reaction to the ongoing migration crisis in the Mediterranean sea.
