CAMERON LAUNCHES EU REFORM PUSH

British Prime Minister David Cameron has begun his campaign for EU reform - ahead of talks on the issue next week.

He's used a European Union leaders' summit in Riga to insist Britain can win changes to its relationship with Brussels.

And it's been announced he'll hold talks in Britain on Monday with European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.

Mr Cameron will then travel to Berlin and Paris to discuss reform proposals with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande.

In Riga, Mr Cameron insisted he can achieve his goal before an EU membership referendum.
