Biden Makes Good Faith Call to Iraq's PM

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden spoke with Iraq's Prime Minister Haider
al-Abadi Monday, to reaffirm the US commitment to Iraq's participation
in the fight against Islamic State. The call comes one day after US.
Defense Secretary Ash Carter told CNN News he thinks Iraqi forces
lacked the "will to fight" IS, prompting the fall of Ramadi last week.
