US Justice Dept. mulls TimeWarner-Comcast merger

The U.S. Justice Department is set to consider the anti-trust implications of the planned $45 billion merger of Comcast and Time Warner.

If approved, the combined company would control 40 percent of the American broadband communications market, and even more under new regulations by the Federal Communications Commission.
