With just over three weeks to go to the UK's General Election, the opposition Labour party has launched its manifesto.
The party argues that it can guarantee funding for each of its policies and would not require additional borrowing.
But the Conservative Party says Labour has no plan to clear the deficit and WOULD have to borrow more, as our UK correspondent Natalie Powell reports…
