UK LORD WON'T FACE TRIAL OVER CHILD SEX ABUSE CLAIMS

A member of the UK's House of Lords will not face trial over child sex abuse allegations because he has dementia.

The decision is now likely to face a legal challenge after condemnation from police who investigated a series of claims about Labour peer Lord Janner.
