Britain's opposition Labour Party is launching its manifesto ahead of a UK general election on May 7th.
Labour is promising all election promises will be fully funded and won't require any extra borrowing which would harm efforts to cut the UK's budget deficit.
The Conservative Party says Labour's spending plans lack clarity and that it can't be trusted with the economy.
