Nairobi student killed as Kenya blast creates panic

INTRO:  At least one student has been confirmed dead and more than a 100 injured after an explosion at the University of Kenya in Nairobi created panic and chaos. The explosion was caused by an electrical fault. Commentators say Kenyans are on edge after several brutal attacks by the Al Shabab Islamic extremist group. 143 students were killed by terrorists at a college at Garissa in Kenya earlier this month.
