Deliberations are underway in the trial of admitted Boston Marathon
Bomber Dzhokar Tsarnaev, the 21-year old man who stands accused of
killing three people and wounding more than 260 others in the worst
terrorist attack on US soil since 9/11. If a guilty verdict is
returned Tuesday, the jury will move on to the sentencing phase of the
trial, to decide if the death penalty is an appropriate punishment for
Tsarnaev's crime.
