Individual US states may retain Iran sanctions

Some individual American states may maintain local sanctions against companies and public investments trying to do business with Iran no matter the outcome of the nuclear talks, Reuters reports.

Around two dozen American states have imposed their own sanctions regime against Tehran, further complicating the negotiations.
