Germany: Apology no reason to reconsider PKK ban

A German interior ministry spokesman said the recent apology from a senior member of the Kurdistan Worker's Party, or PKK, isn't enough to reconsider its ban on the group. 

The PKK's long standing conflict with Turkey has often spilled over to Germany.
