Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has addressed the United Nations
Security Council urging the international community to do more to help
Syrian's refugees.

Speaking in her capacity as a UN special envoy she says that if world
leaders can't end the fighting in Syria- they have a duty to protect
the roughly four million people that have fled the country.
