The US has expressed anger over UK involvement in the new Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.
Britain announced yesterday it will be the first Western country to join the Chinese-backed initiative - but the White House has issued a rare public statement saying it hopes the UK will use its influence to uphold good governance at the bank.
