Unemployment rate in U.S. drops to 5.5%

The unemployment rate in the United States has fallen to 5.5% with
295,000 jobs added to the economy in February.

This report from the US Labor Department shows that unemployment is
now at six and-a-half year lows and could encourage the Federal
Reserve to raise interest rates as early as this summer.
