Two European banking giants fail US 'Stress tests'

Two European banking giants have failed so-called 'Stress tests' in the United States which evaluate whether banks could withstand another financial crisis.

Spain's biggest bank Santander and Germany's largest Deutsche Bank are were the only two not to pass the annual assessment.
