Former Italian PM Berlusconi has acquittal in underage sex case upheld

Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has had his acquittal for paying for an underage prostitute upheld.

Italy's top court rejected the prosecutor's appeals to bring about a fresh trial on charges Mr Berlusconi faced which included abuse of office while he was in power.
