FOREIGN CURRENCY MORTGAGE PROTESTERS DETAINED IN MOSCOW

LEAD-IN:

Police in Moscow have detained more than a dozen people who came to Red Square to take part in a flash mob addressing the plight of Russians who hold foreign currency mortgages.

The protest is the latest in a series of small-scale rallies over repayments that have soared because of the rouble's plunge.
