Greece says it will come up with a new reform plan within days to secure bailout funds needed to avoid going bankrupt.
EU leaders are meeting Brussels to discuss the Greek situation - with Greece's Prime Minister saying he is 'more optimistic' after talks overnight.
Leaders also agreed to keep sanctions on Russia over Ukraine in place.
