The European Central Bank has announced it will launch its quantitative easing program next Monday.
After a meeting of the bank's governing council in Cyrpus, President Mario Draghi revealed plans to purchase around 60 billion eurozone government bonds every month until September in order to lift falling consumer prices in the eurozone.
