Concern over Brain Injuries Cited as Rookie Linebacker Retires from NFL

A rookie linebacker for  (the American football team) the San Francisco 49ers has announced his retirement after one season.

24 year old Chris Borland is the most prominent NFL player to walk away from the most popular sport in the United States because of  concerns over brain injuries.
