Australia releases Nauru detention abuse report in shadow of former PM's death

Australia's immigration minister Peter Dutton has been questioned about the timing of the release of a report into allegations of abuse against asylum seekers on the Pacific island of Nauru which was slipped out on Friday afternoon in the wake of the announcement of the death of former Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser.
