Eight children stabbed to death in far north Queensland

Police in the far north of Australia are investigating after they
discovered the bodies of eight children on Friday morning.
Dozens of officers are at a property at Manoora in Cairns in far north
Queensland where the children were found, all stabbed to death.
It's been reported the children range in age from 18 months to 15 years,
while a woman, believed to be the mother, has been taken to hospital
with stab wounds.
