[Wrap] UN warns of winter crisis in Iraq

The United Nations has warned the onset of winter in Iraq will
threaten the lives of hundreds of thousands of displaced civilians.

Many have fled from the fighting to the northern Kurdistan region
where UN agencies are struggling to keep up with their need for
assistance.
