The World Health Organization is trying to play down the chances of a major Ebola outbreak in the West, while calling for more help in Africa.
The WHO says US and other western healthcare systems are strong enough to deal with the cases of the virus.
This as the US investigates how a nurse with Ebola was allowed to travel on a plane after treating another victim in Texas.
EU health ministers are meeting in Brussels to discuss the outbreak which has killed around 4500 people so far, mostly in west Africa.
Meanwhile, medics from the British Army are on their way to the region to help the fight against Ebola.
UK reporter Tom Swarbrick says a British ship is to travel there too.
