Another attempt at legislating for a UK referendum on EU membership is being made at the House of Commons.
Backbench Conservative MP Bob Neill has tabled a bill to enshrine into law a commitment to a European Union vote after next May's election.
Conservative Prime Minister David Cameron has promised a referendum if he wins a majority in May, but the other main parties oppose this.
A previous attempt at legislating for a vote didn't get past the House of Lords.
But Bob Neill thinks it's worth another try.
