US ambassador to the UN criticizes Ebola response

The United States' ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power has
criticized the international community's response to the Ebola crisis.

These remarks come as she begins a visit to Guinea, Sierra Leone and
Liberia- the three nations worst hit by the deadly virus.
