Russia says "criminal negligence" caused a crash at the airport

INTRO: Russia's Investigations Committee says "criminal negligence" caused the crash at a Moscow airport, which killed chief executive of French oil company Total as well as three crew members. The statement, published on Tuesday, said that "negligent" managers failed to co-ordinate the actions of their employees. Anya Ardayeva reports from Moscow.
