Obama cancels Wednesday engagements to head up Ebola response

President Obama has convened an emergency White House meeting of top officials after a second case of Ebola was diagnosed in Dallas.

Another nurse who helped treat a Liberian man who died of the disease last week has now tested positive, and US officials are trying to trace more than 130 passengers who were aboard a flight the nurse took earlier this week.
