NGOs and charities working in Africa to fight the Ebola epidemic are finding their fundraising efforts are coming up short.
Last week, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Mooon warned, he only had $100,000 in cash on hand to fund relief efforts.
The U.S. has called for a global effort to fight Ebola, but some countries contributions, such as Cuba's, have been less than enthusiastically welcomed.
